Your translation captures such emotional depth and lyrical beauty. The verses you’ve shared are so touching.
Thank you for introducing us to this beautiful, lesser-known side of Marx, Sir. 🙏🏽

It has been a very enlightening experience revisiting these moments in history, recorded with such honesty by people from different walks of life. They have given us so many interesting insights into the people, society and times they lived in.
Her observations of Gandhiji, his ideals and his efforts to practice them in everyday life, as well as the attitudes and contradictions of the people around him, give us an interesting picture of that time.
Her writing, in your excellent translation, is so vivid and engaging that we feel as if we are witnessing those events ourselves, Sir. 🙏🏽
But at the same time,
She seems to have recorded events as she saw them. In spite of her admiration for Gandhiji, Looking forward to reading more of her account.
Shows what Gandhiji meant to her. No less than God!!
What beautiful stories, really!!
